What does ‘genuinely agreed’ mean?

On 7 August 2018, Cory took part in a panel discussion at a UnionsWA’s Industrial Officers and Lawyers Network CPD event. Cory discussed the meaning of the term ‘genuinely agreed’ in the context of the enterprise agreement approval process in the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth). A copy of Cory’s discussion paper is available below for those that could not make it to the event.
