Fogliani Lawyers represents an exclusive group of trade unions and their members in Western Australia. We provide ongoing legal and industrial relations advice to our clients and act as their advocates in complex disputes, including alternative dispute resolution processes and litigation.
Our role extends beyond representation. We provide support to our clients in navigating sensitive matters with a focus on strategy, risk mitigation, governance, and achieving practical outcomes.
We are experienced in delivering legal services to unions and workers across a wide range of industries, including: maintenance, manufacturing, civil and structural engineering, printing, food, mining, oil and gas, education (primary, secondary, and vocational), ports and maritime, local government, energy, rail (both above and below), buses, professional firefighting, and ambulance.
Our practice operates on a referral-only basis through our trade union clients. Workers wishing to obtain legal assistance should contact their union in the first instance to discuss a referral.
